New Years and More

Well its been a few days so its time to post and update.

New Year's Eve was a great time. I hung out with Jessica and a few of her friends. We hit a few parties ending with midnight at Claver's. While normally Claver's parties are wild and crazy, this one was a bit more subdued. Things get a bit hazy after midnight, but ehh I had a great deal to drink.

After I rang in 2006 with a whole lot of Jim Beam, I've been pretty lazy. My two goals of break are finding out about point reduction on my speeding ticket, and buying/reading my books for next semester. So far the Milwaukee County Court House is a big old pain in my ass. Also the Jewish Studies professors don't seem to like posting their class reading lists. So it seems I'm going to be a bit bored for the next few days.

My apartment is shaping up very well. I am in need of some new furniture, but right now the cash flow situation is less than ideal. No more paychecks will be coming in for awhile because for the last 3 days I am unemployed. I'm perfectly ok with that situation. I'm cooking a lot to help keep the cost of living down. So if you're reading this in the Minneapolis area and want a good home cooked meal give me a call, I always like cooking for others.

I'd love to be passing the time playing C&C Generals: Zero Hour, but I seem to have misplaced my disk. I belive that Claver has it, but I'm not sure. More about that in future updates.
